Thank you for your interest in booking an individual session. I have a limited number of appointments for new clients. If you are an existing client, please email me if you need more options for days/times. Take the space and time to work through any challenges or obstacles you are facing. During this time, you will have the opportunity to address any needs you have or focus on building resilience, and goal setting.
